Nature of work:

Gas Servicing and Maintenance Contract including Out of Hours Emergencies for clients maintaining Ideal Evo Max 80kW boilers and BMS updates as required for 8 educational buildings within the Trust.

Aims/Objectives:

To keep all educational buildings compliant whilst keeping the plant operational across client’s portfolio.

Scope:

Annual Gas Servicing and maintenance including Emergency Call Out.
